  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :


THE JOB :

  • Report to Sales Manager
  • Work in Sales team of 5 members
  • Identify and target potential clients in PCB industry and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Approach potential clients and solicit business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. 
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Company's equipment being sold. Provide accurate information about product features, specifications and configurations through standardized technical materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing equipment capabilities. Conduct product demonstrations and sample evaluation to illustrate how the equipment operates and its benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and resellers to close deals. Prepare and present sales proposals, price list, quotations and contracts for customers.
  • Assist clients with post-sale inquiries and provide ongoing support. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment on products and customer needs. Provide feedback on customer experience and product performance to help improve customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary to meet with customers and present products.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Fluent spoken Japanese(N1) & Putonghua
  • Excellent writing skills in Japanese, Chinese and English
  • 2+ years sales experience in China market, preferably in industrial equipment or PCB field
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Sales Force) and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
  • China trip is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 15 days (1st yr) to 20 days (max)
  • Medical insurance
