This role is essential in executing a variety of rounded marketing initiatives, including events, public relations, digital marketing, and vendor liaison. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Manage and coordinate events to promote our properties and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Generate insightful reports to inform future marketing strategies.

Profile

Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of marketing experience in related industries.
• a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications discipline
• Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team work
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Creative thinker with a passion for the property development sector
• willing to work occasionally on weekends and travel for work
