As Senior IT Infrastructure Manager / Head of IT Infrastructure, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Overseeing system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
- Reporting on infrastructure performance and making recommendations for improvements

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in infrastructure management and system administration
- Technically sound in data centre, network, server, cloud, on-premise technologies, storage, project and some level of IT security matters etc.
