Our client is a well established Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking for a Program Manager to join their Corporate Engagement team to manage community partnerships.

Description

• Lead volunteer initiatives for APAC, ensuring thoughtful planning, effective execution, for employees and nonprofit partners

• Manage tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Project planning and application review

  • Database maintenance

  • Stakeholder coordination (e.g., OCE team, business unit representatives, nonprofit organizations)

  • Grant processing, marketing, administration, and reporting

• Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external vendors, including event management, merchandise distribution, transportation, marketing campaigns, and communication.
• Support program evaluation, including data collection and analysis, at the end of the season.

Profile

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in corporate engagement, event management, operations, volunteer management, or client services.
• Excellent communication in English, Japanese would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
• Flexibility to work during early mornings, evenings, and weekends as project schedules require.
