As a Senior IT Governance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the security team in implementing relevant programs.
Managing the development and implementation of the IT strategy, writing IT standards and policies for the organization.
Ensuring compliance with IT governance and standards.
Collaborating with various departments to optimize technology usage.
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensuring the IT systems align with the company's objectives.
Coordinating with IT vendors and service providers.
Leading the IT team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

A successful Senior IT Governance Manager:

Relevant academic qualifications in Information Technology or related fields. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, equivalent or above.
Experience in managing IT governance and security across project management, document set-up, operation management and so on.
Hands-on and technically proficient in all IT security matters.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of IT compliance and risk management.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH or any relevant IT security certificates are preferred.
