Description

• Lead the revamp of an IT system, focusing on both business analysis and project management.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and monitor tasks and schedules.
• Utilize Agile methodology and project management tools.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address concerns.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new systems into cloud platforms.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
• Conduct training sessions to promote understanding and acceptance of new systems and processes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar within the IT or insurance sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese preferred.
• Must be a proactive team player.
