Description
- Lead the revamp of an IT system, focusing on both business analysis and project management.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and monitor tasks and schedules.
- Utilize Agile methodology and project management tools.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address concerns.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new systems into cloud platforms.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
- Conduct training sessions to promote understanding and acceptance of new systems and processes
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar within the IT or insurance sectors.
- Familiarity with project management tools and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese preferred.
- Must be a proactive team player.
