Senior HR & Admin Officer - Financial Institution
My client is looking for a candidate who can support their HR operation and provide admin support. Experience in Financial Institution/Banking/Insurance would be highly preferred.

Description
Human Resources (80%)
- Recruitment: manage recruitment platform, coordinate with recruitment agencies and job posting. Arrange interviews/written tests with candidates, follow up hiring progress. Also Support in offering stage, initiate background checks and follow up progress.
- Support on-boarding/off-boarding process and staff engagement.
- Manage HR report preparation, support compliance reporting and support HR projects that assigned by supervisor.
Administrative (20%)
- Responsible for office administration logistics, assist in the administration tasks and assist ad-hoc tasks
- Support payment process by issuing and getting approval on payments
Profile
- Bachelor degree with related discipline
- Min 6 years of experience in related field
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and great communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Power Point and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
