• Study new construction processes, us of AI, to build strong collaborative relationships, with internal & external stakeholders;
• Facilitate adoption of new technology
• Research revolutionary construction technologies and explore commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with the operation department to introduce training, equipping staff with the skillsets needed for the transformation of the modern engineering knowledge;

Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related disciplines
• Familiar with new building technologies will be favourably considered;
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
• Proven track record in leading technology implementation or digital transformation
