Senior CRM Executive - Regional
An International Luxury brand is now looking for a passionate Senior CRM Executive to join their expanding regional marketing team based in Hong Kong. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the Regional Marketing team head.

Description
The Senior CRM Executive will play an important role in enhancing client relationships and driving brand loyalty within the APAC market. This position is responsible for managing and executing client events, including seasonal gifting initiatives and VIP events, while ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM strategies, event management, customer data insights, and reporting, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile client events, including seasonal gifting events and exclusive VIP gatherings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with brand values and resonate with the luxury clientele.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, staffing, and audiovisual requirements.
Gifting Strategy:
- Design and implement seasonal gifting strategies that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
- Source and curate luxury gifts that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to the target market.
- Monitor and analyze gifting program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
CRM Customer Data Insights and Analysis:
- Utilize CRM tools to gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors.
- Generate actionable insights from customer data to inform personalized marketing strategies and event planning.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to enhance data collection methods and improve the quality of customer insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators related to client engagement and event success.
VIP Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key VIP clients, ensuring personalized communication and tailored experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients during events, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Gather feedback from clients post-events to continuously refine and enhance future offerings.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track event performance, client engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Analyse data to uncover insights and trends that inform future CRM strategies and event planning.
- Prepare regular reports for the Senior Marketing Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate CRM initiatives with online campaigns and social media.
- Partner with the sales team to align event strategies with broader business goals and sales objectives.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure the highest quality of event execution.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 4-5+ years of experience in CRM, event management, or marketing within the luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events and client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools to derive customer insights.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with diverse clients
