Description

We're looking for a Head of Product to lead the product's vision, strategy, and execution. You'll be the mastermind behind our product roadmap, driving a platform that's equal parts fintech innovation and meme-fueled chaos. Reporting directly to the C-suite of the parent entity, you'll shape user experience for the firms' large volume of followers/members and revolutionize the relationship between digital assets and conventional transactions.

• Define and evangelize product strategy, balancing blockchain tech, payment systems, and user experience
• Build and prioritize a roadmap that scales the company from early adopters to mainstream audience, integrating features like airdrops, rewards, and seamless fiat/crypto payments.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, and our card-issuing partners to ship products that are fast and secure
• Dive into data, community feedback (ie. X, Reddit, and Discord), and market trends to keep the platform ahead of the curve.
• Push the boundaries of the firm's ecosystem, exploring tokenomics, staking, and partnerships that build the product as the go-to for digital asset payment channel
• Hire and mentor product managers, designers, and analysts who shares the company vision and culture
• Navigate the regulations and payment standards with creativity and analytically

Profile

The firm is looking for candidates with 8+ years in product management, with a track record of launching payment platforms, fintech apps, or crypto products. A solid understanding of blockchain product features and tokenomics are key selection criteria. Previous experience in fintech and payment, including those with fiat payment platform and credit card partnership, is highly valued by the company leader. Understanding of the internet culture, especially meme culture, is advantageous in connecting with the community. Solid data analytical skills, which enable you to spot trends, and cross-functional collaborations are essential success factors.
