Our client, a rapidly growing business in the warehousing and delivery sectors. They are seeking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and achieve commercial objectives.

Description

• Formulate and implement strategic sales plan to create a strong market presence and achieve business growth.
• Be the sales team leader to motivate sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Monitor sales operations, sales pipelines and visit potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross functional team the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise the client retention rate.
• Utilise CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments.
• Performs direct sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up, strategic account planning, building relationships with potential customers.

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related subjects.
• Established experience in Sales and Marketing sector, the ideal candidate have eCommerce background.
• Sales team management experience is essential.
• Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
• Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
• Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
• Proven analytically and organisational capabilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
