Develop and implement effective sales strategies for LCL/ FCL/ Air Freight.
Identify market trends and customer needs to create tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and offer solutions.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
6 years of experience in sales and business hunter within the freight forwarding industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong Business acumen and self-motivated mentality.
Good command on English and Chinese
