- We are looking for QC MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Report to the European Quality Director
- Lead and monitor QC functions in Shenzhen factory
- Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
- Lead China QC team of 5-6 members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
- Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
- Resolve quality issues together with the Technical team
- Ensure quality control efficiency on a day to day basis
- Manage and monitor the performance of Quality Control team, train team members
- Support internal teams (purchasing, production & engineering) to solve quality issues
- 6+ years work experience in watch prefer watch manufacturers focus in quality / technical / engineering, or equivalent
- Familiar with European/US/international watch branded customers’ requirements
- Station Shenzhen factory
- 5 days work
- Medical insurance
- Bank holiday
- Accommodation provided : each staff one apartment located close to factory
- Company shuttle bus provided between LoWu & Shenzhen factory
- Transportation fee between HK & LoWu re-imbursed
- Work-life balance : very few OT work required
