• Report to Technical Development Manager
• Produce information products (operating instructions, datasheets) for a wide range of electronic products
• Ensure documentation complies with requirements and standards
• Collaborate with designers, translators, project owners, suppliers, and engineers.
• Proven track record in creating operating instructions for soft and hard goods
• Comfortable with an InDesign workflow.
• Can incorporate product-related standards (e.g., risk assessment, industry regulations) for EU.
• Excellent document management (e.g., organizing, maintenance, and version-control) for high volumes of documents and data.
• Can identify different types of content frameworks and apply effective strategies to complete projects.
• Ability to research, analyze, and address the information needs of diverse target audiences within the context of user manuals and datasheets.
• Adopts a minimalist approach to technical writing, emphasizing clarity and precision.
• Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Holds a tertiary degree in engineering, technical communication, or related fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (native level)
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 days work; flexible working hours
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
