Job Descriptions:
• Perform all payroll functions including monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, such as tax filings, MPF contributions, and other mandated documentation.
• Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual salary review, bonus process and benefits scheme renewal etc.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments if required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• At least 3 years experiences in C&B or relevant experience
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP system
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager position.
