Job Descriptions:
- Handle all telephone calls, enquires and complaints
- Manage and maintain daily operation smooth
- Provide good standard of customer services to all guests
- Handle all administrative and clerical work
- Assist to ad-hoc tasks and projects if required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer services / hosiptiality industry or relevant industries
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including of Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer /Manager position
