Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full-range of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries
- Support to the company secretary team and assist in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars, and directors’ reports
- Co-ordinate meetings, prepare draft notices, agendas, minutes and other documentation for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders meetings
- Maintain and update proper statutory records and arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Degree /Higher Diploma
- 1-3 years relevant experience in sizable listed companies or professional firms
- Student Member /Qualified ICSA / HKICS
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- More experienes candidartes will be considered as Senior position
