About The Client

Our client is a commercial/retail group and they are looking for IT System Support to join their IT team. Welcome fresh graduates!

Responsibilities

• Report to IT manager, assist in ERP system implementation, enhancement and maintenance
• Provide daily application support to end users and project team
• Conduct data migration, system testing and deployment, troubleshooting and bugs reporting
• Provide IT helpdesk support, hardware and software upgrade
• Assist in user training preparation and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
• Around 1 year of experience in system monitoring and operation support
• Knowledge in Excel, SQL, PowerBI is highly preferred
• Eager to learn, self-motivated and responsible
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
