Overview:
My client is a IT service company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of work experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and service is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese Speaking).
