About our Client
A Hong Kong Renowned Company is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to manage their four storey office space
About the Role
- Oversee the operation of the office facilities including repair and maintenance, space planning, relocation, renovation and fit in/out works
- Perform regular inspection, identify root problems and arrange the right contact point for effective solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as cleaning companies and maintenance contractors
- Review and negotiate contracts and tendering to ensure service quality match company's standard
- Prepare and control the annual and operating budgets for the facilities
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and other duties as required by the superior
The successful applicants
- Degree holder or above in Facilities Management, Property Management or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above related experience, candidates from agency side are welcome
- Experience in serving corporate clients are welcome
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
