THE COMPANY :

- We are looking for INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SPECIALIST / IP MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Monitor and enforce the IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
- To provide guidance and support on IP matters, including product development and branding etc.
- Conduct factory audit to make sure vendors comply with IP regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve the potential IP infringements.
- Follow up the findings of customer’s IP audit by CAPA.
- Provide IP training to employees to increase their awareness and understanding of IP rules.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of IP assets and related documents.
- Keep updating on the changes of IP laws, regulations and industry best practices.
- Supervise one IP Officer
- Degree holder preferably in Law / Quality Management ....or related
- 5+ years IP experience, of which preferably 2+ years in senior level
- Work experience in the toy industry is preferable
- QA or factory audit experience is a plus
- Strong compliance concept and able to implement the required regulations.
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Work in Shenzhen office (close to MTR, can same day return Hong Kong)
- Occasional trip to Vietnam
- Hong Kong employment contract
