Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team in overseeing daily operations and producing comprehensive management reports.
• Develop and execute finance and insurance strategies that align with the dealership's objectives.
• Present customized vehicle financing and insurance options to both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients, providing clear insights into aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various financial partners, including banks and lending institutions.
• Prepare and submit documentation for approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for all transactions.
• Stay informed about ongoing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Efficiently manage the processing of financing and leasing agreements, securing approvals through appropriate financial channels.
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting finance and insurance operations.

理想的求职者

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of insurance experience and 3 years management exposure
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 standards and their relevance to automotive financing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Highly tech-savvy, with a solid command of dealership software and digital sales tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate and achieve results in a team environment.
