About the Client
Our client is a renowned consulting firm. Their supply chain consulting division is adding in some new headcounts and recruiting some seasoned candidates to cope with their business expansion.
About the Role
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, nurturing and expanding client relationships throughout the duration of each engagement.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a seamless experience that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
Project Leadership:
- Scope, structure, and spearhead multiple consulting projects, specifically focused on optimizing supply chain processes and strategies.
- Take full accountability for delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring that all client needs and expectations are met.
Team Development and Mentorship:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a talented team of consultants, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills in supply chain consulting and project management, enabling them to contribute effectively to client engagements.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with senior management and project team members throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Deliver regular updates and status reports to clients regarding project progress and outcomes, showcasing our commitment to transparency and excellence.
Business Development:
- Collaborate closely with the firm's leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing compelling business proposals for prospective and existing clients.
- Leverage insights gained from client engagements to explore additional avenues for value creation and expansion of services.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Operation Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 8 - 12 years + relevant work experience with renowned consulting companies
- Prior experience in Retail/FMCG is an advantage
- Solid understanding of logistics, manufacturing process, forecast planning and supply chain management
- Confident, analytical, agile, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for a Manager position
