Job Duties:

• Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective or recovery actions
• Problem reporting, incident handling, and message dissemination
• Perform equipment and cable installations, decommission outdated hardware
• Provide helpdesk support and handle enquiries and questions
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
  

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in data centre operation and user support
• 24 x 7 shift duties are required
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
