Job Duties:

• Support the team to operate managed Wi-Fi solution with incident management, problem management and change management
• Support the team to provide technical support for managed Wi-Fi network
• To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed Wi-Fi network
  
  

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 3-4 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines
• Good technical knowledge in various brands of Wi-Fi and networking product and solution such as Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
