My client is a manufacturer of high end commercial equipments and appliances which based in Europe with over 100 years history. Their products are sold in most of the major department stores all over the world.
Description
- Deliver outstanding customer service through the service hotline.
- Manage incoming calls, including scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and processing orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote company products and services.
Profile
- 2+ years working experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
