Description
The Channel Manager will ensure partners understand the value proposition and are motivated to sell licenses and maintenance. They will develop and implement quarterly and annual business plans with partners, manage relationships to involve relevant teams such as Marketing, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Regional Managers, and articulate and present messaging at all levels, including seminars. Additionally, the Channel Manager will train partner sales teams on broad and vertical messaging, develop and roll out programs to create new opportunities, drive partners to attain required skill levels, maintain a sales forecast and deal visibility, and ensure partners adhere to operational processes and requirements.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience managing complex, revenue-generating relationships, preferably in cybersecurity solutions. They should have an understanding of business transformation to SaaS and channel management models, be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels, and be proficient with SFDC, MS Office Applications, and other corporate apps. Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential, along with being a business-driven team player.
