We are looking for an AVP in the Asset Servicing team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing corporate actions events, and fostering strong internal relationships. The role involves providing technical support, identifying process risks, and driving operational improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Description

As an AVP of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the processing of all corporate actions events
  • Ensuring all corporate actions are processed in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners to enhance collaboration.
  • Facilitate a regional risk review forum to monitor ongoing events. Simplify complex asset servicing information to optimize service delivery.
  • Proactively identify process risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Lead change projects, providing subject matter expertise for operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the AS Client Service group to identify trends and recommend system enhancements.
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
