Description
The Business Development Manager will develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMS sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Additionally, the manager will conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
Profile
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in business development, preferably in the EMS industry. A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential.
