Assistant Manager (Trade Services) (Job ID: 1743)

Responsibilities:

• To handle trade services transactions
• To perform documents checking according to UCP & other international standard practices
• To handle customer enquiries and participate in various business process improvement projects
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines
• To take up ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary graduate
• Holder of valid CDCS qualification an advantage
• A minimum 2 years' banking experience in trade operations
• Good knowledge of ICC rules on letter of credit, collection and reimbursement
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua 

(Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Officer (Trade Services))
