With our aggressive global expansion plan in 2019, we are now recruiting for the teams in Southeast Asia Region (including Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, Australasia, and South China exports). This role is an Operational position to overall manage a portfolio of ECMS e-commerce shipping products. The ideal candidate is good at building strong oversea network and developing program management within Southeast Asia. The position is based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, and directly report to the Operations Director (Southeast Asia Region).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and take ownership of the roadmap for new cross-border e-commerce shipping products
- Lead and develop the operations process
- Provide analysis on possible root causes and apply process-improvement methodologies
- Relationship Management with oversea last mile partners
- Build and monitor the cross-border shipping products with oversea offices and partners
- Work closely with Operations team to optimize and drive the strategic processes
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Education and Experience requirements
- Degree holder, preferable discipline in logistics or business nature
- Experienced in logistics or e-commerce industry will be an advantage
- Experienced in e-commerce shipping or program management is preferable
- Working experience in start-up environment is highly appreciated

- Able to cope with fast-pace environment and self-initiative
- With strong desire to develop in e-commerce and /or logistics industry
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks & time
- Excellent communication, coordination and analyzing skills
- Result-oriented, good commercial sense and ability to work under pressure and independently
- Good PC knowledge
- Must have good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional business trips are required according to business need
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as (Senior) Manager, candidates with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Executive
