A top-tier construction company is looking for a Senior Manager - Contract Management to manage company's special projects in Hong Kong, Middle East, Canada and Singapore.

About the Role

• Oversee the management of contractual and commercial issues for construction projects
• Conduct contract reviews and manage contracts for both Hong Kong and international projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual requirements and conducting project risk assessments
• Provide contractual, financial, and commercial advice for projects, including project administration, compliance monitoring, contract management, cost monitoring, and procurement of consultancy services, contractors, and construction contracts
• Enforce adherence to company policies, internal QS procedures, and contractual requirements
• Manage and follow up on all claim submissions and procedures
• Offer legal consultation and opinions for the company's daily operations

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Law, or related disciplines. A background in Chinese Law or Common Law is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a leading commercial role for large-scale contracts. Overseas legal working experience is a definite advantage.
• Professional Quantity Surveying qualification such as RICS or HKIS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project controls.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing budgets and timelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
