Our client provides professional beauty products and service committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join their marketing team to look after Asia markets.

Description

• Oversee the localization of brand assets (print & digital) to align with omni-channel sales platforms, including partners, retail stores, and e-commerce, ensuring brand integrity and relevance to the Asian market.
• Plan and manage regional trade events and supervise the creation and production of marketing tools.
• Work closely with local teams across Asia regions and global teams to design and implement strategic deployment plans for the Asia region.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborations with commercial and education teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and share insights with global, regional, and country teams, leveraging findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the research team to analyze market intelligence and trends, identifying opportunities and challenges that impact the business.

Profile

• The company is looking for a talent who is a degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines and has at least 5 years of marketing experience in beauty, fashion or luxury industry.
• Self-motivated, proactive and passionate.
• Strong communications skills and negotiation skills.
• Adaptive to fast paced working environment and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
