This position is in business development at an international general insurance firm. You will serve as a Senior Business Officer, assisting the Team Head in delivering underwriting and quotation services to local agents and brokers in the property and casualty sectors.

Responsibilities

• Offer underwriting and quotation services to registered local agents and brokers in the property and casualty fields.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with intermediaries to facilitate the development of new and renewal business opportunities.
• Enhance understanding of the business landscape and client requirements through regular intermediary visits.
• Provide ongoing assistance to the business team by preparing reports and performing data analysis.

理想的求职者

Qualifications:

• University Graduate or above
• Member of ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or CII
• Hold a valid General Insurance Licence (pass in IIQE Paper 1 & 2)

Working Experience:

• Min 7 years' relevant working experience in General Insurance industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word/Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate good team spirit
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
