Our client, various bank in HK, and they are looking for a ARM / SRO, Consumer Finance / Telemarketing Officer to join their banking team.
Assistant Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Officer
Consumer Finance, Branch Banking
Responsibilities:
- To Generate new business by selling loan products and provide quality customer services to clients in branches
- Build client relationships and handle clients’ applications and follow up documentations, enquiries or complaints if any.
- Appropriately assess risks & perform KYC/AML duties. Ensure all documentations from clients are complete and up to date.
Telemarketing Officer (Inbound / Outbound)
Banking Customer Service / Loan Service / General Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound / outbound calls from customer hotline for banking enquiries and provide solutions efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide quality services
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE with call centre / direct sales experience preferred
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
