Administrative Assistant / Officer (Fresh graduates are welcome) (17K - 19K) 5 Days

Requirements 

  • Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • A team player, cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the procurement department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents

  • Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and tracking orders
  • Assist senior team members to prepare project proposals
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
