Job Duties:

• Prepare contents of various publicity materials such as e-Newsletter and training manuals by collecting information from relevant stakeholders
• Assist in preparing and conducting briefings and tailor-made training sessions for the users
• Carry out system enhancement and maintenance task
• Assist in collecting users ‘comments and suggestions. Consolidate users' requirements and make recommendations to relevant IT project teams for systems fine-tuning and enhancement

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT
• At least 3 years' post-qualification IT experience of which one year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
• At least 2 years’ experience in Adobe Photoshop and Web Programming
• Experience in Event management / IT training or briefing
• Experience or knowledge in video conference Technology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
