Job Description:

• Handle the procurement process of IT hardware, software, and services
• Prepare procurement related documents such as budgets and expenditures
• Monitor IT inventory and generate asset management reports
• Support daily operations of the IT team
• Assist in deploying and maintaining IT systems and servers
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT support and management especially procurement and documents preparation
• Having hands-on experience in government standard IT projects, maintaining computing inventory records and maintenance schedule
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
