Description

  • Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely placement, tracking, and fulfilment of orders while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Production Planning: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop and execute production schedules that align with demand forecasts and inventory goals.
  • Supply Chain Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain; implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the globe and beyond, ensuring alignment on timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock availability, and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse supply chain data to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and report performance to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to the regulations, trade policies, and sustainability standards.


Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on order management, production planning, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
