Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender related documents including cost sheet, quotation, schematic drawing and delivery arrangement
• Assist in scheduling site installation and test & commissioning arrangement
• Coordinate with internal and external parties
• Ad hoc duties

• Understand the whole tender procedure of E&M industry
• Experience a complete project cycle from budget planning to delivery stage
• Practice problem solving skills and enhance customer service (internal customer) skills

Requirements:

• Year 3 student in Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Mechanical & Automation Engineering, Energy & Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office
