Responsibilities:

• Identify project requirements
• Monitor lifts & escalators installation progress
• Confirm amendments / variations relating to project
• Inform the Senior Site Engineer /Project Engineer about project progress
• Solve technical problems at site
• Co-ordinate sub-contractors concerning site matters
• Receive and inspect incoming materials

Requirements:

• 4 years or above site working experience in lifts & escalators industry
• Holder of Registered Worker of lifts and escalators
• Familiar to company procedures for project management
• Have experience in managing new project
• Familiar to relevant Government regulations and ordinances
• Have experience in co-ordinating with sub-contractors
