• We are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :  

THE JOB :

• Report to the Financial Controller
• Work in Accounting Team of 3 members
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software accurately and promptly
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries as required
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivables functions
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports and budgets
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve issues
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the corporate service provider for any company annual return filing, business registration and etc.
• Supervise the work of one Accounting staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years stable accounting experience preferably in corporate or group level
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Medical insurance
