- Mother company : manufacturer of consumer electronic products with factories in Japan & SE Asia
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to HR Manager
- Work in HR team of 3 members
- Provide full spectrum of human resources role including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff events....etc
- Maintain and update staff records including attendance & leave records into HR system
- Coordinate training programs and prepare training materials
- Organise Company activities for team building and enhance staff relationship
- Tertiary education
- 3+ years human resources role
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel including vlookup & pivot table, PowerPoint...etc
- No tirps required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
