THE COMPANY :

- Factories : 2 X Dongguan + 2 X Vietnam
- Main market : US, European and Canadian market
- We are looking for SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years managerial level in sales, marketing or merchandising experience in toys preferably toys manufacturers
- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build strong client relationships.
- Experience in soft toys and plastic toys is a plus
- Report to General Manager
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and EU
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales KPI and growth objectives in the US and EU markets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US and EU.
- Merchandising: Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote Company products in the US and EU.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve KPI
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in the US and EU markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Work based in Dongguan factory with frequent trips to HK office & Vietnam factory
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 16 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
