Job Description

• Solicit sales for the Hotel through any other organizations
• Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing Budget.
• Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
• To make sales calls on accounts within specific markets.
• Reviews and conducts regular research on potential markets needs coverage.
• Keep updated with client relationships, overall business goals and conduct site inspection.
• Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email and written communications.
• Follow up and handle all aspects of Familiarization / special groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
• Attends major corporate functions and promotional events for the hotel.

Job requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry
• Self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail-minded with strong sales techniques
• A proactive and responsible team player and able to meeting tight deadline
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
