Job Description
Solicit sales for the Hotel through any other organizations
Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing Budget.
Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
To make sales calls on accounts within specific markets.
Reviews and conducts regular research on potential markets needs coverage.
Keep updated with client relationships, overall business goals and conduct site inspection.
Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email and written communications.
Follow up and handle all aspects of Familiarization / special groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
Attends major corporate functions and promotional events for the hotel.
Job requirements
Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years’ of sales experience in hotel or travel industry
Self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin.
