AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for a range of Resident Site Staff position(s) for contract administration and supervision for Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works to Caverns project, which mainly comprises the construction of main caverns complex at Nui Po Shan of about 14 hectares in area; cavern sewage treatment works; a ventilation shaft and ventilation adit; site formation works at portal areas; ancillary buildings at portal areas; emergency bypass; construction and installation of cavern ventilation system; and other associated works.
艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責上述香港政府工程的合約管理和工程監督。工程主要包括在女婆山興建面積約14公頃的主體岩洞建築群、 岩洞內的污水處理設施、1個通風井及通風坑道、在隧道入口處進行工地平整工程和附屬建築物、1條緊急排放管道、建造和安裝岩洞通風系統，以及其他相關工程。
Resident Assistant Clerk of Works 駐地盤助理工程監督 Ref. No: RACOW/18838/Water
Candidates should have:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ Technical institute/ Technical college/ Polytechnic university/ polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in Building discipline; and
- At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; or
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

- 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港專業教育學院╱工業學院╱科技學院╱香港理工大學╱理工學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；及
- 具有最少三年於取得有關學歷後的相關工作經驗；或
- 具有最少五年相關工作經驗，包括其中一年在公共工程項目或駐工地人員的管理手冊第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤監督職位的相關工作經驗；或
- 具有最少三年相關工作經驗，包括其中一年在公共工程項目或駐工地人員的管理手冊第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤一級監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗。
The language proficiency requirements of Level 2Note 1 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/ HKCEE or equivalent shall be met.
語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級備註一或以上，或具備同等學歷。
Note 1: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
備註一：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
Applicants should also refer to the other requirement(s) stipulated in Appendix 7.4 of “Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants for Public Works Projects” from the webpage of Development Bureau.

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
