RESIDENT SITE STAFF

We are looking for the following site staff for a public housing development at Kwu Tung North.

• Registered Architect in Hong Kong with min. 3 years relevant post-professional qualification experience
• Min. 2 years’ experience in handling construction/site matters
• Experience in residential building projects in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Provide overall coordination and supervision of the architectural works on site
• Carry out the site safety management functions under the Authorized Person stream asoutlined in the Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans 2009 and detailed in the Code of Practice for Site Safety Supervision 2009 (2021 Edition)
• Full-time engagement on site until one month after substantial completion of the project.

Tentative employment for the above position is to commence in September 2023 until June 2027 with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the employment contract.
