Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Construction Building Field or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' relevant project management experience in engineering project
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and independent working
• Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and Auto Cad is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibility:

• Compile and maintain documentation including specifications, tender document, progress & cost reports, and site records
• Responsible for execution of projects including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost control, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors and monitoring progress of respective projects
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and other consultants

Salary: HKD25,000 or above subject to experience
