Major Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale office design, renovation, relocation, and reinstatement projects to ensure timely completion and minimize disruption to business operations;
- handle general administration and relevant procurement work in accordance with established policies;
- coordinate with different consultants, stakeholders, and service units to formulate project plans based on user requirements;
- oversee the design and construction work of contractors to ensure compliance with facility management and relevant regulatory requirements;
- liaise with various stakeholders on daily project matters, monitor project budgets and schedules; and
- any other related duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
- A recognised university degree in facility management, property management or related fields, or other relevant degrees;
- a minimum of 5 years’ post degree relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years should be at supervisory level;
- familiar with relevant Hong Kong legislation and relevant working experience with government or public bodies is strongly preferred;
- strong analytical, time management, organizational abilities, and attention to details;
- good team player with effective interpersonal communication skills; and
- good command of English and Chinese, and good PC skills.

Remuneration and Terms:
