Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale office design, renovation, relocation, and reinstatement projects to ensure timely completion and minimize disruption to business operations;
  • handle general administration and relevant procurement work in accordance with established policies;
  • coordinate with different consultants, stakeholders, and service units to formulate project plans based on user requirements;
  • oversee the design and construction work of contractors to ensure compliance with facility management and relevant regulatory requirements;
  • liaise with various stakeholders on daily project matters, monitor project budgets and schedules; and
  • any other related duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree in facility management, property management or related fields, or other relevant degrees;
  • a minimum of 5 years’ post degree relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years should be at supervisory level;
  • familiar with relevant Hong Kong legislation and relevant working experience with government or public bodies is strongly preferred;
  • strong analytical, time management, organizational abilities, and attention to details;
  • good team player with effective interpersonal communication skills; and
  • good command of English and Chinese, and good PC skills.
